Secretary Rubio expressed appreciation for the enduring relationship between the two nations, which is characterized by strong economic ties and defense cooperation.
The discussions included the UAE's advancements in technology, particularly in artificial intelligence and quantum computing. Secretary Rubio expressed a desire to further strengthen economic bonds between the countries.
Regional issues were also on the agenda, including challenges in Gaza and efforts to promote stability in Syria, Lebanon, and other areas. The conversation addressed threats to freedom of navigation in the Red Sea as well.
Additionally, Secretary Rubio noted his first visit to the Abrahamic Family House.
