ICE arrests Mexican national for DUI charges in San Diego

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detained Rogelio Venegas Martinez, a 40-year-old Mexican national, on February 17 in Vista, California. The arrest is connected to charges of driving under the influence.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Office initially charged Venegas on January 26 with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and another count related to drugs. Following his arrest, ICE issued a notice for him to appear, and he will remain in custody pending removal proceedings.
