St. Tammany Parish man pleads guilty to fentanyl distribution

Duane A. Evans, U.S. Attorney | U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana

Kenneth Flocke, a 24-year-old resident of St. Tammany Parish, has pled guilty to three counts of distributing fentanyl. The plea was entered on February 26, 2025, before United States District Judge Sarah Vance. Flocke's actions violated 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B).

Flocke faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years up to forty years in prison for each count. Additionally, he could be fined up to $5 million and will be subject to at least four years of supervised release. A mandatory special assessment fee of $100 applies for each count.

Court documents reveal that Flocke distributed large quantities of fentanyl pills on three occasions in the Eastern District of Louisiana: April 17, May 16, and June 13, 2024. Each distribution involved approximately 1,000 pills.

The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations. Assistant United States Attorney Lauren Sarver from the Narcotics Unit is handling the prosecution.
