U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has deported Jose Eduardo Moran-Garcia, a 28-year-old Salvadoran national and foreign fugitive, to El Salvador. Moran is wanted in his home country on charges of aggravated homicide, displacement of individuals, unlawful groupings, and aggravated robbery. The deportation took place on March 28 through air transport.
ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Denver Field Office Director Robert Guadian commented on the operation, stating, "Today, justice prevails. The successful removal of this fugitive is a testament to the unwavering cooperation between our nations and the relentless dedication of our law enforcement agencies. This operation sends a clear message — no criminal is beyond the reach of justice."
