Senior Bureau Official for the Bureau of International Organization Affairs, McCoy Pitt, is on a diplomatic mission through Europe. Currently in Geneva, Switzerland, Pitt's agenda from April 7-11 includes engaging with counterparts and attending a consultative-level meeting of the Geneva Group. The focus of these sessions is UN governance and management. In addition to these meetings, Pitt will hold discussions with leaders of various UN agencies in Geneva.
Pitt is scheduled to continue to Rome, Italy, from April 14-15. There, his schedule includes meetings with officials from UN agencies based in Rome and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Moreover, he is set to meet with representatives from the Holy See to explore several shared priorities.
