A federal grand jury in Kansas City, Kansas, has indicted a Missouri man on charges related to drug trafficking. According to court documents, 58-year-old Otis J. Newton from Kansas City, Missouri, faces one count of attempted possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The case is currently under investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Assistant U.S. Attorney David Zabel is handling the prosecution.
