A 28-year-old New Orleans resident, Wayne C. Additionally, he may face up to three years of supervised release, a maximum fine of $250,000, and a mandatory $100 special assessment fee. U.S. District Judge Susie Morgan will deliver the sentencing on July 10, 2025.
