Yuma businessman pleads guilty to failing to pay employment taxes

Philip Kevin Clark, a resident of Yuma, Arizona, has pleaded guilty to the charge of Failure to Pay Employment Taxes. This announcement was made on April 15, 2025, following Clark's admission of guilt.
