LAREDO, Texas — The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced the renovation of the Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection (SENTRI) enrollment center at the Laredo Port of Entry. This is part of a broader initiative to enhance customer service for trusted travelers.
"Esta renovación refleja el compromiso de CBP de proporcionar un procesamiento eficiente y seguro para los solicitantes y miembros de SENTRI," said Albert Flores, Director of the Laredo Port of Entry. "Al mejorar nuestras instalaciones, estamos mejorando la experiencia general de inscripción al tiempo que garantizamos la integridad de nuestros programas de viajeros de confianza."
SENTRI is a CBP program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon their arrival in the United States. The primary benefit of this program is reduced wait times at designated ports of entry.
Over its 18 years at the Laredo Port of Entry, the SENTRI Enrollment Center has assisted applicants by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, verifying biometric data, and completing relevant application information.
The SENTRI Enrollment Center is located at Juárez-Lincoln Bridge, 400 San Eduardo, Laredo, Texas, 78040. It operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and can be contacted at (956) 523-7399.
