The discussion also included an agreement to advance the modernization of the U.S.-ROK Alliance, aligning with economic and national security objectives. This modernization aligns with trade discussions led by Secretary Bessent and U.S. Trade Representative Greer. Both parties agreed on collaborating in response to regional threats.
