A Las Vegas man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for his involvement in a drug trafficking conspiracy. United States District Judge Gloria M. Navarro handed down the sentence, which includes five years of supervised release, to Abel Puebla for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine.

Court documents reveal that from December 11, 2023, to May 16, 2024, Puebla worked with others to distribute these drugs in Las Vegas. Notably, on January 24, 2024, he sold one pound of methamphetamine; on February 14, he sold three pounds of methamphetamine along with a bag containing cocaine; and on March 28, he sold an ounce of heroin.

Puebla entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine.

The announcement was made by United States Attorney Sigal Chattah for the District of Nevada and Special Agent in Charge Spencer L. Evans for the FBI. The case was investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Joshua Brister.
