U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) Chicago Field Office is set to host Trade Day 2025 at the Hilton Oak Brooks Hills Conference Center on June 10. The event, which is free and open to the public, aims to provide trade professionals, brokers, and industry stakeholders with opportunities to stay informed and connected.
The theme for this year's event is "Evolving with the Changing Trade Landscape." Attendees will have the chance to engage with partner government agencies and CBP personnel, including Centers of Excellence and Expertise. Topics covered will include De Minimis, Customs Trader Partnership Against Terrorism, Intellectual Property Rights, and Tariffs.
Registration for the event is currently open. Interested participants can register at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2025TradeDay. For any inquiries, individuals can email CHICAGOFIELDOFFICETRADEDAY@cbp.dhs.gov. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Licensed brokers attending the event can earn continuing education credits. Additionally, CBP Recruitment staff will be present to discuss career opportunities. It should be noted that this event is closed to media coverage.
