A federal grand jury in Kansas City, Kansas, has indicted a man from Fort Scott on charges related to drug trafficking. According to court documents, Jeffery Michael Roark, 56, faces one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The investigation is being conducted by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney David Zabel.
