Criminal charges have been filed against five individuals in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska following encounters with federal law enforcement. The incidents occurred during the service of a civil search warrant at Glenn Valley Foods in Omaha, Nebraska, on June 10, 2025.

Marvin Aleman Zepeda, 37, faces a one-count criminal complaint alleging he used a deadly or dangerous weapon to assault, resist, or impede a federal officer. If convicted, Zepeda could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Osmar Lorenzo-Genchi, 20, is charged with two counts. The first count mirrors that of Zepeda's allegations and carries similar penalties. The second count accuses Lorenzo-Genchi of willfully injuring or committing depredation against U.S. property exceeding $1,000. This charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years' imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.

Alejandra Lopez-Garcia, 28, is also facing two counts. The first alleges she assaulted or impeded a federal officer with potential penalties including up to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. The second count involves damaging U.S. property and carries similar penalties.

Aliyah Reyna Lozano, 18, is charged with assaulting and interfering with a federal officer. If convicted, she faces up to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine.

Aaron Urbanski, 36, is charged similarly to Lopez-Garcia with two counts involving assaulting an officer and damaging U.S. property.

Special Agent Eugene Kowel from the FBI Omaha Field Office stated: “The FBI is supporting ICE and working with all our DOJ partners in immigration enforcement operations across the country." He emphasized that "assaulting a law enforcement officer engaged in their lawful duties or damaging government property is not protected under the First Amendment — it is a criminal offense which we will investigate."

These cases are part of Operation Take Back America led by Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), supported by various federal agencies including the FBI.
