U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo has announced that a federal grand jury has indicted Darryl Lamont Paul, also known as Darryl Lamont, on multiple charges related to sex trafficking and drug-related offenses. The 59-year-old resident of Cheektowaga, NY, faces serious allegations including sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by similar means, transportation of an individual across state lines for prostitution purposes, and maintaining premises for drug activities.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Caitlin M. Higgins detailed that Lamont is accused of operating NoLimit Entertainment (NLE) over the past 25 years. This company provided entertainment services such as nude dancers and topless bartenders for events like stag parties and birthdays. It is alleged that Lamont conspired with others to recruit young women from local strip clubs to work for NLE while also referring them back to these clubs for additional employment.
The indictment accuses Lamont of using force, fraud, and coercion in the trafficking of six victims. Furthermore, he allegedly transported one victim across state lines to engage in prostitution activities. From 2021 until March 13, 2025, Lamont is said to have maintained an apartment on Beach Road in Cheektowaga where cocaine was manufactured, distributed, and used.
Lamont was arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremiah J. McCarthy this morning and remains detained pending further proceedings.
The investigation leading to the indictment was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation under Acting Special Agent-in-Charge Mark Grimm's leadership.
It is important to note that an indictment is merely an accusation; all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
