On July 16, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee is scheduled to conduct a hearing for three nominees from the Trump administration. The positions under consideration are within the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The nominees include Crystal Carey for General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, Brian Christine for Assistant Secretary for Health at the Department of Health and Human Services, and Brittany Panuccio as a Member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The hearing will take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET/9:00 AM CT in room 430 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
