Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Michael Rigas is set to visit Seoul, South Korea, and Manila, Philippines from July 23 to 28. During his trip, Deputy Secretary Rigas will meet with counterparts to enhance the Department's operations in the Indo-Pacific region.
