United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the results of the July Federal Grand Jury 2024-B indictments. The following individuals have been charged with violations of United States law in indictments returned by the Grand Jury.
Jonathan Tyler Gross, 36, from Mounds, is charged with possession of child pornography and coercion and enticement of a minor. "The FBI is the investigative agency," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Ashley Robert, who is prosecuting the case.
Zackery True Huddleston, 37, from Afton, faces charges for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. "The Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office and the Bixby Police Department are the investigative agencies," stated Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam McConney.
David Lera-Hernandez, 39, a Mexican national, is charged with unlawful reentry after removal from the United States in October 2024. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas Field Office and ATF are investigating this case under Assistant U.S. Attorney Jessica Wright's prosecution.
Damon Terrell Lewis, 47, from Sapulpa, is accused of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute and firearm-related offenses linked to drug trafficking. "The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Tulsa Police Department are involved in this investigation," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Flynn.
Oscar Omar Munoz-Vasquez, 40; Edgar Noel Partida-Valdez, 36; Daniel Eduardo Plateado-Martinez, 31; Francisco Sanchez, 32; Miguel Gabino Trujillo, 41—all Mexican nationals—are each charged separately with unlawful reentry into the United States after previous removals at various times between April 2015 and December 2023. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas Field Office is handling these cases.
Adam Wayne Ruth faces charges for being a felon in possession of firearms as well as drug trafficking-related offenses involving methamphetamine distribution. Agencies involved include DEA Tulsa Resident Office along with BIA & TPD according to prosecutor Attila Bogdan’s office statement on behalf regarding their efforts against such crimes locally here today!
