U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Chairman John Boozman (R-AR) has expressed support for the Senate’s confirmation of Luke Lindberg as Under Secretary of Agriculture for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs.

The appointment comes at a time when policymakers are focused on improving international market access for U.S. agricultural products and supporting rural economies.
