ICE arrests Guatemalan national with prior conviction for indecent assault in Massachusetts

ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New England has arrested Eynar Estuardo Vielman Jimenez, a 38-year-old Guatemalan national and registered sex offender. The arrest took place on August 2 in West Roxbury.

Jimenez was previously convicted on April 11, 2017, of three counts of indecent assault and battery against a person aged 14 or older. He received a sentence of 328 days in jail and was required to register as a Level 2 sex offender in Massachusetts.

According to officials, Jimenez entered the United States without inspection around December 1, 2008. He is currently held by ICE pending removal proceedings.
