Noah Lee Craddock, a 33-year-old resident of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced to 71 months in federal prison for illegally possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. The sentencing was handed down by United States District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson on August 12, 2025.
According to Acting United States Attorney John C. Gurganus, the incident occurred in November 2020 when Pennsylvania State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Craddock on Interstate 83 in Harrisburg. During the traffic stop, law enforcement officers recovered a 9mm Glock pistol and a loaded magazine from the vehicle.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives worked with the Pennsylvania State Police to investigate this case. Assistant United States Attorney Carlo D. Marchioli prosecuted it.
