A federal grand jury has indicted Kylie Leia Perez, also known as “Natalie Monroe,” on charges related to tax fraud. The announcement was made by United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe for the Middle District of Florida.
Perez, a content creator who used the stage name “Natalie Monroe” on OnlyFans, faces one count of filing a false tax return and four counts of failing to pay income tax. If convicted on all charges, she could face up to seven years in federal prison.
According to the indictment, Perez earned more than $5.4 million from her activities on OnlyFans between 2019 and 2023. The platform allows creators to earn money through subscription fees, pay-per-view content, and tips from subscribers. Prosecutors allege that Perez filed a false tax return for 2019 and failed to pay at least $1.6 million in taxes owed for the years 2020 through 2023.
“An indictment is merely a formal charge that a defendant has committed one or more violations of federal criminal law, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless, and until, proven guilty,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office stated.
The Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation led the investigation into this case. Assistant United States Attorney Carlton C. Gammons will prosecute.
