Brandon resident pleads guilty to distributing over 50 grams of methamphetamine

A man from Brandon, Mississippi, has pleaded guilty to charges related to methamphetamine distribution. According to information presented in court, Beu Patrick Hall, 41, sold about 83 grams of methamphetamine for $1,100 at a Motel 6 in Jackson in August 2022.

Hall admitted guilt to possessing with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. He is set for sentencing on December 10, 2025. The offense carries a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years in prison. Sentencing will be determined by a federal district court judge after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Acting U.S. Attorney Patrick A. Lemon for the Southern District of Mississippi and Robert Eikhoff, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Jackson Office, announced the plea.

The case is being investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Bert Carraway.
