The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has released 33,295 pages of records related to Jeffrey Epstein. These documents were provided by the U.S. Department of Justice following a subpoena issued by Chairman James Comer on August 5. The Department of Justice stated it will continue to provide additional records while redacting the identities of victims and any child sexual abuse material.
Chairman Comer commented, "DOJ Complying with Epstein Records Subpoena."
James Comer currently serves in the U.S. Congress representing Kentucky’s 1st district, a position he has held since 2016 after succeeding Ed Whitfield. He previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2001 to 2012. Comer was born in Carthage, Tennessee in 1972 and now lives in Tompkinsville. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
