Love County man pleads guilty to possession of child sexual exploitation material

Dustin Scott Langley, a 32-year-old resident of Overbrook, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to possessing material involving the sexual exploitation of a minor. The announcement was made by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

According to court documents, Langley knowingly possessed visual depictions of a minor under twelve years old engaged in sexually explicit conduct on July 2, 2025. The indictment stated that Langley accessed this material with the intent to view it.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation led the investigation that resulted in these charges.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted Langley’s guilty plea and ordered a presentence investigation report. Sentencing will be determined by a U.S. District Court Judge after considering federal guidelines and other legal factors.

Langley remains in custody with the United States Marshals Service until sentencing.
