The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has published its schedule for statistical news releases in 2026. According to the announcement, all releases will be distributed at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
The schedule includes monthly reports on existing-home sales and the Pending Home Sales Index, as well as quarterly updates on metro home prices. The first release is set for January 14, covering December existing-home sales, followed by the December Pending Home Sales Index on January 21.
In February, NAR will release Fourth Quarter Metro Home Prices on February 4, January Existing-Home Sales on February 12, and the January Pending Home Sales Index on February 19. The pattern continues throughout the year with regular monthly and quarterly updates.
