U.S. Senator Joni Ernst, who chairs the Senate Small Business Committee, has named 3C Roofing & Construction of Crawford County as her Small Business of the Week. This recognition is part of her ongoing effort during the 119th Congress to highlight a small business in each of Iowa’s 99 counties.
In a statement, Chair Ernst said, “The folks at 3C Roofing & Construction have nailed down what it means to support their community while delivering dependable service, quality craftsmanship, and stepping in when help is needed most.” She added, “Brendan and Amanda Allard’s commitment to Schleswig has shingled out a higher standard for what local businesses can achieve.”
Founded in November 2024 by Brendan and Amanda Allard, 3C Roofing & Construction offers roofing, siding, seamless gutters, and handyman services. The company is named after their three sons: Caius, Callum, and Coe. The Allards have emphasized family values in their business operations.
The company’s contributions extend beyond construction work. The Allards have assisted neighbors after emergencies such as house fires and have donated playground equipment. They also support local preschoolers with projects like crafting Mother’s Day planter boxes.
Chair Ernst plans to continue recognizing outstanding small businesses across Iowa through this weekly award.
