The Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions will hold a hearing tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. The session is titled “Pension Predators: Stopping Class Action Abuse Against Workers’ Retirement.” Representative Rick Allen (R-GA) chairs the subcommittee.
The hearing will take place in Room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building. Witnesses scheduled to testify include Andrew Salek-Raham, Principal at Groom Law Group; Lynn Dudley, Senior Vice President for Global Retirement and Compensation Policy at the American Benefits Council; William Alvarado Rivera, Senior Vice President of Litigation at AARP Foundation; and Glenn Butash, Chair of the ERIC Legal Center at The ERISA Industry Committee.
