The Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions will hold a hearing titled “Ensuring Union Leaders Represent Members, Not Agendas” on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. The session is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. and will take place in Room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
Rep. Rick Allen (R-GA), who chairs the subcommittee, announced the hearing. The event is open to members of the press and will also be available via live stream on the Committee’s YouTube page.
The focus of the hearing will be to examine how union leaders represent their members’ interests.
