President signs resolutions overturning several Bureau of Land Management rules

On December 11, 2025, the President signed five joint resolutions into law that nullify specific Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rules. The measures include H.J. Res. 104, which overturns the BLM rule concerning the “Miles City Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment.” H.J. Res. 105 nullifies a rule related to the “North Dakota Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan.” H.J. Res. 106 targets the “Central Yukon Record of Decision and Approved Resources Management Plan.” Additionally, H.J. Res. 130 reverses a rule for the “Buffalo Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resources Management Plan Amendment,” while H.J. Res. 131 addresses the “Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Record of Decision.”
