The Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions will hold a hearing tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. The session is titled “Ensuring Union Leaders Represent Members, Not Agendas.” Representative Rick Allen (R-GA) chairs the subcommittee.
The hearing will take place in room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building. Witnesses scheduled to testify include Nathan McGrath, President and General Counsel of The Fairness Center; Michael Alcorn, Crew Member at Trader Joe’s; Bob Funk, Executive Director of LaborLab; and Alexander MacDonald, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Workplace Policy Institute at Littler Mendelson P.C.
