U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shared a series of updates on December 21, 2025, regarding recent arrests and public safety advisories through its official Twitter account.
In the first post, ICE Philadelphia announced the arrest of Tevaughn Terrell Ellison, a Jamaican national. According to the agency’s statement on December 21, "ICE Philadelphia arrested Tevaughn Terrell Ellison, a 25-year-old criminal illegal alien from Jamaica. Ellison was convicted of:
• ATTEMPTED MURDER
• RACKETEERING CONSPIRACY
• ASSAULT W/ A DANGEROUS WEAPON
• DISCHARGING A FIREARM DURING A VIOLENT CRIME

Later that day, ICE highlighted another case involving Sack Phakonekham. The tweet from December 21 stated: "Laotian criminal alien Sack Phakonekham’s extensive criminal history includes convictions for burglary, hit and run, DUI, battery, drugs and more. https://t.co/AwczzFCo5s".
Additionally, ICE issued a warning about potential holiday scams targeting consumers during the season. In its advisory posted on December 21, the agency wrote: "Be on the lookout for this season’s holiday scams, including:
Fake e-commerce platforms
Flash “sales” on social media
Text messages about undeliverable packages
