VH Foods Inc., operating as Outside The Breadbox, has announced a recall of its 8-ounce "Bread Crumbs" product due to the presence of undeclared egg and milk. The affected items were distributed in Colorado retail stores and via mail orders from November 24 to December 1, 2025.

The recalled bread crumbs are sold in clear stand-up pouches with a net weight of 8 ounces. They carry the UPC code 873899001554 and have an expiration date stamped as May 20, 2026.

According to the company, no illnesses related to this issue have been reported so far. The recall was prompted after it was found that some packages did not disclose the presence of egg or milk on their labels. An investigation traced the problem to a temporary breakdown in production and packaging processes.

"This was an isolated incident occurring on one production date," stated VH Foods Inc.

Consumers who purchased these bread crumbs are advised to return them for a full refund. For further information, customers can contact VH Foods Inc. at 1-719-633-3434.
