Collin County man indicted for sex trafficking charges in Eastern District of Texas

A man from Frisco, Texas, has been indicted on federal sex trafficking charges in the Eastern District of Texas. The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.

Nolan Anthony Ritchie, 29, faces a six-count indictment related to sex trafficking violations. If found guilty, he could receive a sentence of up to life in federal prison.

The case is being investigated by the FBI and the Frisco Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Calli Bailey is prosecuting the case.

"A federal indictment is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law," according to the statement released by authorities.
