U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has filed an arrest detainer for Kenneth Moreno Guzman, a Mexican national accused of serious crimes in Georgia. According to the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office, Guzman allegedly broke into a family's home on January 12, 2025, where he raped an 11-year-old girl and held her 10-year-old sister at knifepoint.
“Another horrific tragedy for two innocent children by the hands of a criminal illegal alien. This monster should have never been in our country in the first place,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “These are the victims President Trump and Secretary Noem are fighting for and the media and sanctuary politicians ignore. We have lodged an arrest detainer to ensure ICE is notified to arrest this creep before he can prey on more innocent children.”
Guzman is facing several charges including rape, statutory rape, aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, cruelty towards children, home invasion, false imprisonment, burglary, and aggravated assault with a knife. Authorities report that he was previously arrested by local law enforcement on March 8, 2023 for driving without a license and registration.
Records indicate that Guzman entered the United States illegally in 2016 but was removed from the country. He later re-entered illegally at an unspecified time and location.
The Department of Homeland Security stated that its law enforcement officers continue efforts to protect communities across the U.S. Victims affected by crimes committed by undocumented immigrants may seek assistance through the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE) Office by calling 1-855-488-6423.
