The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee is scheduled to vote on several bills aimed at improving access to education and health care in the United States. The session will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET in the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
Among the bills up for consideration are S. 1602, the Mathematical and Statistical Modeling Education Act; S. 1558, the Understanding the True Cost of College Act of 2025; S. 3747, the Home School Graduation Recognition Act; S. 1782, the Charlotte Woodward Organ Transplant Discrimination Prevention Act; S. 1552, the Living Donor Protection Act of 2025; and S. 3315, the Health Care Cybersecurity and Resiliency Act of 2025.
The committee's role includes legislating on public health, education, workforce issues and retirement programs with a focus on protecting health and supporting worker rights (official website).
