Clinton Ray Stowe, a 36-year-old resident of Allen, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury in Indian Country. The offense carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
According to the indictment, Stowe assaulted a victim on October 27, 2025. The incident took place in Ada, Oklahoma, within the boundaries of the Chickasaw Nation Reservation and under the jurisdiction of the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives along with the Ada Police Department.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted Stowe’s plea and ordered a presentence investigation report. Sentencing will be determined by a U.S. District Court Judge after reviewing federal sentencing guidelines and statutory factors.
Stowe remains in custody with the United States Marshals Service while awaiting sentencing. Assistant U.S. Attorney Lewis M. Reagan represented the government in this matter.
