Two Philadelphia men have been sentenced in connection with an armed carjacking that took place on August 5, 2023. United States Attorney David Metcalf announced that Quadir Findley, 25, received a sentence of 14 years in prison and five years of supervised release from United States District Court Judge Gerald A. McHugh. Findley was convicted by a jury of carjacking, using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Eric Dickerson, also 25 and from Philadelphia, was previously sentenced on April 16, 2025, by Judge McHugh for his involvement in the same incident. Dickerson received seven years in prison followed by three years of supervised release after being found guilty of carjacking at trial.
