In the first post, ICE reported the sentencing of James Junior Aliyu, stating: "James Junior Aliyu, a Nigerian national, will serve a 90-month sentence for his role in a wire fraud and money laundering conspiracy after planning to hack business email servers. Aliyu was extradited from South Africa to face justice. He was slapped with a $1.2M forfeiture" (March 21, 2026).
The second post highlighted an arrest made in Utah: "170 POUNDS OF METH FOUND IN ILLEGAL ALIEN’S CAR ON I-15 IN UTAH Mexican illegal alien Robert Galicia-Hernandez was arrested during a traffic stop March 16 in St. George by ICE @HSIDenver special agents and charged with felony possession of synthetic drugs for allegedly" (March 21, 2026).
In the third update, ICE issued a public alert regarding an individual wanted for child exploitation offenses: "CHILD PREDATOR WANTED Antonio Feliciano Guaman-Paredes is a citizen of Ecuador. He’s wanted for secretly filming an underage girl on multiple occasions and keeping the explicit videos of her on his device. He was last seen in Loja, Ecuador." (March 21, 2026).
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is responsible for investigating criminal activities such as drug trafficking, financial crimes including wire fraud and money laundering, and offenses against children that cross national borders or involve non-citizens.
