With Finland’s addition, other signatories of Pax Silica include Australia, India, Israel, Japan, Philippines, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States. The initiative is described as a positive-sum partnership for nations seeking competitiveness and prosperity.
