U.S. Attorney Moore Capito to lead ceremony for National Crime Victims’ Rights Week

U.S. Attorney Moore Capito will join crime victim survivors and advocates on April 21 for a Ribbon Tree Ceremony in Charleston as part of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
