New Orleans Man Sentenced for Federal Weapons Charge

News Release: NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA -NELSON RAYMOND, a resident of New Orleans, was sentenced on Jan. 31, 2023 by U.S. District Court Judge Wendy B. Vitter to seventy (70) months of incarceration after pleading guilty to a one-count indictment. Judge B. Vitter ordered that RAYMOND shall be on supervised release for a term of three (3) years following his release from imprisonment. RAYMOND was also ordered to pay a $100 mandatory special assessment fee.
