News Release: A former Arkansas State Senator was sentenced today to 46 months in prison in the Eastern District of Arkansas for accepting multiple bribes and tax fraud in connection with a multi-district investigation spanning the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Western District of Missouri.

There were 34 notices published by the Justice Department in December, according to the Federal Register.

News Release: PHOENIX, Ariz. - Last week, Jordan Antonio Sullivan, 24, of Sacaton, Arizona, an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Community, was sentenced by United States District Judge Michael T. Liburdi to a total of 25 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. Sullivan previously pleaded guilty to Second Degree Murder and Using a Firearm During a Crime of Violence.

News Release: DES MOINES, IA - Shaun Taylor Solem, age 27, of Des Moines, was sentenced on Feb. 1, 2023, to a total of 360 months in prison for multiple child exploitation offenses. Following his prison term, Solem will be on supervised release for ten years and required to register as a sex offender. There is no parole in the federal system.

News Release: Des Moines, IA - Russell Glenn Crane, age 44, of Urbandale, was sentenced today to 78 months in prison following his guilty plea to a charge of Possession of Child Pornography. Crane must also serve a five-year term of supervised release following his prison term. There is no parole in the federal system.
