News Release: BOSTON - A Lowell man pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court in Boston to conspiring to distribute cocaine.

Ross announced today that Genesis Tolentino-Cruz, 29, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, heroin, was sentenced to serve 120 months in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford.

News Release: NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that KYREN WASHINGTON, age 19, a resident of Orleans Parish, was charged on Jan. 26, 2023 in a one-count indictment for an attempted carjacking that occurred on Oct. 20, 2022.

News Release: CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - A Cartersville, Georgia, man was sentenced today to federal prison for his role in a drug trafficking operation and the dismemberment of the body of a Fairmont woman to conceal her overdose death.

News Release: DENVER - The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado announces that Darion Ray Sexton, age 21, of Loveland, has been arrested and charged by criminal complaint with causing damage to a Loveland Church by fire. Sexton was ordered detained today pending trial by United States Magistrate Judge James P. O’Hara. Sexton had been arrested and charged in a criminal complaint filed on Jan. 23, 2023.

The former president of the New York Police Department sergeants’ union pleaded guilty to participating in a scheme to defraud the association of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

News Release: CONCORD, N.H. - David Lamoureux, 34, of Nashua has been sentenced to 72 months in federal prison for two counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, and for possessing a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, United States Attorney Jane E. Young announced.

News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that David L. Brinson, 60, of Waterloo, NY, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon before U.S. District Judge David G. Larimer. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

News Release: BECKLEY, W.Va. - Krystle Elaine Cresce, 34, of Glen Morgan, was sentenced today to seven years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute heroin and methamphetamine. Tyrone Douglas Amar, 46, of Beckley, encountered during the same incident, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.

News Release: WASHINGTON - A Florida man pleaded guilty today to a felony charge for his actions during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. His actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the 2020 presidential election.

News Release: DAVENPORT, IA - A Davenport man, Derik Ashley Otero, age 35, was sentenced on Jan. 25, 2023, to seven years in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. Following his prison term, Otero will serve a three-year term of supervised release.
