News Release: NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that WILSON MAZARIEGOS SARAVIA, age 28, a native of Honduras, was charged on Jan. 25, 2023 in a one-count bill of information with illegally using a social security number to qualify for employment, in violation of Title 42, United States Code, Section 408(a)(7)(B).

News Release: Baltimore, Maryland - Justin Kuchta, age 39, of Annapolis, Maryland, pleaded guilty today to a federal charge for threatening to murder a United States Member of Congress.

News Release: PITTSBURGH - A resident of Monessen, PA, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of federal narcotic and firearm violations, United States Attorney Cindy K. Chung announced today.

News Release: Davenport, IA - A Davenport man, Juan Dontae Shelton, age 39, was sentenced on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023, to 330 months in federal prison for production of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and felon in possession of a firearm. Shelton was found guilty of these offenses following jury trials on August 8th and August 15th, 2022. Following his prison term, Shelton was ordered to serve a seven-year term of supervised release.

News Release: CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A St. Charles, Missouri, couple pleaded guilty today after unlawfully obtaining $26,917 in unemployment benefits provided for by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program.

News Release: Davenport, IA - A Davenport man, Keith Deshon Euring, Sr. (also known as “Sweat"), age 54, was sentenced on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023, to 235 months in federal prison for sex trafficking of a minor and distribution of marijuana to a person under age 21. Euring was found guilty of these offenses following a jury trial in September 2022. Following his prison term, Euring was ordered to serve a five-year term of supervised release.

News Release: NORFOLK, Va. - A Virginia Beach man was sentenced today to 37 months in prison for unlawfully possessing unregistered firearm silencers.

News Release: WILMINGTON, Del. - David C. Weiss, U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware, announced that Denise Brown was sentenced yesterday to 144 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute heroin and fentanyl and 60 months for submitting a false claim to the Small Business Administration (SBA), to run concurrently. Brown was also ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution to the SBA. U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika pronounced the sentence.
