Bush granted a pardon to the following individual on Feb. 14, 2004: David B. McCall, Jr., Plano, Texas Offense: False entry in bank books and aiding and abetting,in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1006, and 2.

Sentence: Jan. 17, 1997; Eastern District of Texas; Five years’ imprisonment, with six months to be served and the execution of the remaining term suspended; followed by five years’ probation, upon the condition of 90 days’ home detention; $100,000 restitution. 04-089
