Roberts, Stabenow Announce Committee Votes on USDA Nominees Censky, McKinney

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Chairman Pat Roberts, R-Kan., and Ranking Member Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., today announced the Committee will hold a business meeting to consider the nominations of Stephen Censky, of Missouri, to be Deputy Secretary of Agriculture; and Ted McKinney, of Indiana, to be Under Secretary of Agriculture for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs within the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Date: Monday, Oct. 2, 2017

Time: Approximately 5:45 p.m. when a quorum is present

Place: S-216, President’s Room

The Committee held a hearing on the nominees on Sept. 19.
