Washington, DC - U.S. Representative Nick J. Rahall, top Democrat on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell will join together tomorrow to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Public Works Administration and highlight the need for greater investment in job-creating American infrastructure. Rahall recently introduced the SAFE Bridges Act, legislation which provides $5.5 billion to repair and replace aging bridges around the country.
