Subcommittee to Examine Implementation of FAST Act Motor Carrier Provisions

On Tuesday, May 22nd, the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit will hold a hearing to examine the implementation of various motor carrier provisions and reforms passed in the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act, P.L. 114-94) to improve safety, reduce regulatory burdens, enhance employment opportunities for veterans, and more. The Subcommittee will receive the views of the Administration and various stakeholders.

The hearing of the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit, chaired by U.S. Rep. Sam Graves (R-MO), is entitled “FAST Act Implementation: Motor Carrier Provisions." The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building.
