Senate Confirms Treasury Nominee

WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee Chairman William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE) today announced that the Treasury nominee, Jeffrey Rush, Jr., to be Inspector General, Department of the Treasury, approved by the Committee on July 1, 1999 was confirmed by the Senate on Thursday evening, July 23, 1999.
